Product Description

 A water-to-water heat exchanger uses high-temperature water to heat low-temperature water. Heat exchange occurs through thin rectangular channels formed between a series of corrugated metal plates stacked in a plate-type assembly. The water-to-water heat exchanger heats the battery, typically used in winter when temperatures are low.

Hot water side flow rate 15L/min, hot water side inlet temperature 60℃, cold water side flow rate 15L/min, hot water side inlet temperature 25℃, heat exchange capacity >7KW

 

Application Scenarios

  Primarily used for battery LTR cooling: When the ambient temperature is below 25℃, if the battery temperature is high, the water-to-water heat exchanger, by switching the position of the four-way reversing valve, connects the battery circuit and the motor circuit in series, using the radiator to dissipate heat from the battery to achieve energy saving.

  Battery pre-cooling: When the battery temperature is about to reach the required cooling temperature, the water-to-water heat exchanger uses the radiator to pre-cool the battery, ensuring the battery operates at a suitable temperature.

  Motor waste heat recovery: When the battery temperature is low and the motor circuit water temperature is higher than the battery circuit water temperature by a certain value, the water-to-water heat exchanger connects the battery and motor circuits in series, using the motor circuit temperature to heat the battery, keeping the battery at a suitable operating temperature, thus achieving energy saving.
