Product Description
A front-end cooling module is a product that integrates the condenser of an air conditioning system and the engine cooling system (such as radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers, and cooling fans) into a single modular design. This design uses lightweight technology, features miniaturization and high efficiency, and simplifies the final assembly process for automakers through a modular design structure. The arrangement of the front-end cooling module involves the mutual positional relationship between the radiator, condenser, intercooler, cooling fan, front air intake, and engine, as well as the selection of the radiator, condenser, intercooler, and cooling fan models. Quasi-3D simulation allows for convenient and rapid comparison of different schemes. In addition, the heat dissipation and cooling module is a device that can simultaneously cool multiple objects or parts of objects such as cooling water, lubricating oil, and compressed air. It adopts a highly integrated design concept and features comprehensive functionality, small size, intelligence, and high efficiency. This modular design not only improves cooling efficiency but also optimizes the overall performance and reliability of the vehicle.
